At Doob Solutions, we are committed to providing a safe environment for all our users, with special emphasis on child safety and protection. This Child Safety Standards Policy outlines our approach to preventing, detecting, and addressing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) within our platform. Our commitment extends to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding child safety.

Doob Solutions strictly prohibits any content that:

- Depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation
- Contains nudity, sexualized content, or inappropriate depictions of minors
- Encourages grooming behaviors or inappropriate interactions with minors
- Endangers minors through solicitation, coercion, or exploitation
- Violates any local, national, or international laws regarding child protection

Any content meeting the above criteria will be promptly removed, reported to relevant authorities, and the account(s) involved will be immediately terminated.

- The Doob Members App is intended for users 18 years and older
- We implement age verification measures during the registration process
- Minors under the age of 18 are expressly prohibited from creating accounts or using our services
- Misrepresentation of age is grounds for immediate account termination

Doob Solutions employs a multi-layered approach to content moderation:

- Automated detection systems that scan for potential CSAM
- Safety filters that flag potentially inappropriate content
- Profile verification processes
- User education on appropriate content and behavior

- User reporting mechanisms
- Manual review of flagged content
- Swift action on confirmed violations
- Cooperation with law enforcement when required

We maintain robust channels for reporting potential violations:

- In-app reporting functionality accessible throughout the platform
- Clearly marked "Report" buttons on all user-generated content
- Dedicated email contact: safeguard@doobsystem.com
- All reports are treated confidentially and with urgency
- Reports of CSAM or child endangerment receive priority handling

When potential CSAM or CSAE is identified or reported:

1. The content is immediately hidden pending investigation
2. Our dedicated safety team reviews the report within 24 hours
3. If confirmed as CSAM:
   - Content is permanently removed
   - User account is terminated
   - Incident is documented for legal purposes
   - Report is filed with appropriate authorities
   - Hash of the content may be shared with trusted industry partners to prevent redistribution
4. The reporting user receives notification that their report has been addressed

Doob Solutions is committed to assisting law enforcement in the prevention and prosecution of CSAE:

- We comply with all valid legal requests for information
- We proactively report detected CSAM to appropriate authorities including:
   - National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the US
   - Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) in the UK
   - Equivalent authorities in other jurisdictions
- We preserve relevant data in accordance with applicable laws
- We maintain a dedicated point of contact for law enforcement inquiries

We take proactive steps to educate our users:

- Clear community guidelines regarding appropriate content
- In-app safety tips and resources
- Information on recognizing and reporting suspicious behavior
- Links to child safety organizations and helplines

This policy is reviewed and updated:

- At minimum every six months
- In response to emerging trends or threats
- Following any significant incident
- When relevant laws or regulations change
